Role Description The Academic Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohtak, responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of K–12 academic programs aligned with Next Education’s offerings. This role involves coordinating curriculum deployment in partner schools, monitoring program effectiveness, and using data and feedback to refine academic initiatives.

The Academic Program

Manager will collaborate with school leadership, teachers, and internal product and content teams to ensure smooth execution of academic plans, training, and support.



Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, facilitating workshops and orientations, addressing academic and operational issues, and preparing reports on program outcomes and key performance indicators. The individual will also contribute to pilot projects and new product rollouts, ensuring that programs reflect best practices in teaching, learning, and educational technology.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated Program Management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of academic initiatives.
- Experience in Curriculum Development, with the ability to align content to learning outcomes and educational standards.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and recommend evidence-based improvements.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with school stakeholders, conduct training, and prepare clear documentation.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional coordination.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Management, or a related field.
- Experience working in K–12 education or edtech environments, preferably with exposure to CBSE, ICSE, or state boards.
- Ability to work on-site in Rohtak, with readiness to travel to partner schools as needed.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a learner-centric mindset focused on improving educational outcomes.

Pay scale: 20000/- to 48000/-
