We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to handle student enquiries, provide course guidance, and convert prospective students into enrolled students. The ideal candidate should have robust communication and counselling skills with a focus on achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.

- Understand students’ interests and recommend suitable courses.

- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.

- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, duration, and admission procedures.

- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.

- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enquiries.





- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams for smooth enrollment.

- Build a positive relationship with students throughout the admission process.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in academic counselling, student admissions, telecalling, sales, or a similar role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong convincing and counselling abilities.

- Good proficiency in English and Malayalam.

- Target-oriented and confident in handling student enquiries.

- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow up consistently.

- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills are an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
