Job Overview

We are looking for a Career Counsellor – Admissions & Sales to guide students/customers in choosing suitable courses and career opportunities while driving admissions and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students/customers to understand their career goals, interests, and requirements.

- Provide explicit information about courses, programs, eligibility, and career opportunities.

- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert qualified leads into admissions/enrolments.

- Maintain accurate records of customer details, interactions, and follow-ups.

- Build positive relationships with prospective students/customers and address their queries.

- Achieve monthly admission, sales, and conversion targets.





- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth admission/enrolment process.

Requirements

- Good communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.

- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales abilities.

- Comfortable handling calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a positive attitude.

- Prior experience in career counselling, education sales, admissions, inside sales, or business development is preferred.

- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
