We are looking for a strong 3D Generalist who understands both worlds: 3D and AI and knows how to use each independently or bring them together to create better work, faster.

What you will do

- Create high-quality 3D assets, environments, renders, animations and visual concepts.
- Use AI tools confidently for image, video, design, ideation and visual development.
- Combine 3D and AI when it adds value, not just for the sake of using both.
- Take an idea from rough concept → exploration → final output.
- Be equally comfortable producing a project entirely in 3D or entirely through AI-driven workflows.
- Experiment with new workflows and find practical ways to improve quality, speed, and creative range.
- Work closely with designers, artists and creative leads to turn briefs into strong visuals.

What we are looking for

- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in 3D, AI-driven creative work or a role combining both.
- Strong hands-on skills across 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering,



animation and compositing.
- Solid understanding of tools such as Blender / Cinema 4D / Unreal Engine / Houdini, plus relevant rendering and compositing software.
- Robust working knowledge of current AI image video and creative tools.
- A good eye for composition, lighting, materials, motion, detail and creative direction.
- Ability to judge when to use 3D, AI or a combination of both.
- Someone who can execute independently, solve problems creatively, and care about the final pixel.
