Role Description The 3D Graphic Designer will work full time on-site in Bengaluru, collaborating closely with the creative and production teams to design and develop 3D visuals for events, brand activations, and experiential environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating 3D models, visualizations, and motion graphics, translating event concepts into detailed design layouts and renders, and preparing assets for production and fabrication. The role involves working on stage designs, installations, branding elements, and digital content, ensuring consistency with client brand guidelines and project objectives.

The 3D Graphic Designer will participate in brainstorming sessions,



refine concepts based on feedback, and coordinate with production teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and delivered on time. The position requires strong ownership of projects, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced, event-focused workplace.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in graphics and graphic design, with the ability to create visually compelling 2D and 3D assets for events and brand experiences.
- Experience in logo design and branding, including developing and adapting visual identities across multiple event touchpoints.
- Proficiency in typography, with the ability to select and apply typefaces that enhance readability and align with brand guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar).
- Understanding of event and spatial design, including stage layouts, installations, and environmental graphics.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, creativity, and the ability to translate concepts into clear design mockups, renders, and presentations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a production-driven environment.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in event, experiential, or production design is an advantage.
