Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Event Designer with hands-on experience in designing event setups and experiential spaces. The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating visually compelling concepts, event layouts, stage designs, and branding elements while also supporting video editing requirements for client presentations and event promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop cutting-edge 3D designs for events, exhibitions, conferences, brand activations, and experiential setups.
- Create stage designs, venue layouts, booth designs, fabrication concepts, and other event-related visualizations.
- Prepare high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs for client presentations.
- Design event branding collaterals, backdrops, standees, invitations, signages, and other creative assets.
- Work closely with the servicing and production teams to translate client briefs into impactful design concepts.
- Modify and adapt designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Edit and create videos for event presentations, promotional content, mood films, and post-event highlights.




- Ensure all designs are practical, production-friendly, and aligned with event execution requirements.
- Maintain design consistency and adhere to project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proficiency in 3D designing with experience in event and exhibition setup designs.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
- Hands-on experience in video editing.
- Ability to conceptualize and create creative designs from briefs.
- Understanding of event fabrication, materials, and execution feasibility.
- Good visualization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Software Knowledge:

- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- CorelDRAW
- 3ds Max / SketchUp / Blender (any 3D designing software)
- V-Ray / Lumion (for rendering)
- Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (for video editing)

Experience:

- 2–5 years of experience in event design, exhibition design, or experiential marketing.
- Prior experience in an events or activation agency will be preferred.
