As a TM/Line In charge – you will be a part of Maintenance Frame Plant department and will report to Section Head Frame Maintenance Plant .Your role will be: To Achieve Zero Failures at optimum cost in Maintenance (Paint Shop) by using appropriate maintenance tactics by using TPM methodology.A purpose driven role for you
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:• Support day to day production in Paint Shop & Weld shop equipments. • Diagnosis problem related to paint booth system, Yaskawa Painting robot, Painting Aerobell , oven system , Conveyors , PT system , ASU's ,nitrogen generator , booth balancing , Fluidized Bed ,Coagulation System , Fire system • Reducing cost by optimizing spare part planning & eliminating repeated failures, along with localization & development of imported spares. • In-house teaching of painting Robots as per product requirement. • Implementing CBM techniques in painting system, provide solutions for equipment malfunctioning, system fault,



leading to equipment failure • Program understanding and troubleshooting of Siemens S7 PLC and drive controls. • Maintaining the basic conditions and cleanings required with collaboration of Production Team – Paint Shop.A Day in the life

• Diploma in Electrical or related disciplinesTechnical Skills/Knowledge
• Understanding of SAP- MM , Microsoft Office Tools. • Blowers troubleshooting , Pumps Maintenance , Painting technology , PLC Troubleshooting. Siemens PLC Programming , Siemens Drives , Mitsubishi PLC Programming. Behavioural Skills
