Role
As a team manager you will be a part of PPC department and will report to Section Head-PPC. Your role will be To Manage the Shift Activity of Production planning through optimum utilization of resources and Ensuring Material availability as per plan to achieve production demand.
A purpose driven role for you
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:1.Leading a team of Contractual manpower & monitoring their Performance/Training/deployment as per production plan set up.
2. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop and implement production Ramp-up asper central planning.
3. Coordinated with Supply chain to ensure timely delivery of materials.
4. Conducted training sessions for recent Team members (Safety, Products process, Material handling).
5. Monitoring the shortage of critical & A, B, C, & S Classmaterial on a daily basis.
6. SKU wises MBOMverification wrt physical consumption (Vehicle level & assly level). IPP Tag Clearance inthe Plant.A Day in the life

Academic Qualification & Experience
Diploma (Mechanical Engineering)3-5 years’ experience in PPCTechnical Skills/Knowledge
Manpower Handling, Knowledge of all parts used in Bike, Inventory Management , ManpowerTraining, 2S audit, Safety Audit, Basic TPM, Material feeding process,Knowledge of SAPBehavioural Skills
