Job Title: Executive Level N - QADepartment: Quality AssuranceQualifications: Diploma ChemicalPrevious Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience.KPI:Able to handle the modern analytical instruments like GC, HPLC, FTIR, Particle Size analyzer, pH meters and Melting point testingHave positive knowledge about raw materials roles.Daily inspection and testing of Raw materials and intermediatesManagement of rejection of raw material if anyTrouble shooting for equipment’sPreparation of Quality records Ensure proper machine and shop floor hygieneRaise Breakdown Notifications if any in Maintain/SAPCarry out all required transactions and process records in SAPPlan for availability of consumables, raise requisition for consumables from Stores,



monitor the Stocks Levels in the sectionEnsure compliance to QMS/EMS and SMS requirements and maintain necessary documented informationGenerating month end standardization MIS reports for water-based paints and emulsionsDate analysis for improvement opportunities/initiatives, monthly sectional reviewsDo AIG analysis, trend analysis, RM addition accuracy analysis, Manufacturing efficiency analysisRaise SFI and DCR wherever applicableConduct process assurance audit across sectionsMicrobial analysis of Raw material, production equipment’s and finished goods.Calibration and preventive maintenance of instruments Process water testing.Hygiene maintenance of production and packing section, Microbila vulnerable Raw material storage tanks and microbiology lab
