Field team management- Leading the Field Crew And vendor Manpower for fault Fixing
Network performance--Ensuring High uptime and MTTR with Effective Coordination with Different stake holder
Resource Allocation--Managing team , Vandor Manpower with tool with Dynamic approach
Stake Holder Management---Coordination with vendor , Other Govt bodies for upcoming Plan and Allocation of vendor resource
Contribution /Value Creation
Coordination for Quickly Fault restoration and Updating to Concerned team for Minimizing Customer Impact
Conduct And prepare Proactive Maintenance of OFC Nw Via gathering Information different Sources( OME/troller)
Cost Efficiency- Proactive Planning and Effective Liasioning for NW Reroute /Upgrade plan with Cost Productive approach
Monitoring of Nw performance data and Analysing the Resource & cost & NW performance
Coordination with CFT team for better Nw relocation/Optimization for Better Customer Satisfaction
Ensuring safety Compliance On field
