As part of the Service Operations Intelligence team, included under the ITS Organization, you will have responsibility for the development and operations of Dow's IT Service Management foundational platform, ServiceNow. You will be responsible for the development and support of integrated, workable solutions that meet stakeholder requirements and address strategic capability needs. You will partner with the Sr. Service Managers and Service Managers to manage the work involved in service design, transition, and operations. In this role you need a deep knowledge of development work in ServiceNow and how different modules function. It will be your responsibility to use established procedures and practice to analyze and resolve standard problems.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates and develops new capabilities as needed to meet business requirements and defines service deployment strategy that meets client needs.
- Maintains service operations material to support adoption and operational reliability of the ServiceNow platform.
- Drives and leads continuous improvement efforts and meets or exceeds client satisfaction goals and SLAs.
- Works closely with the Service Manager and other team members to ensure timely,
quality delivery of Service Management solutions along with operating production solutions.
- Perform Development work in ServiceNow.

- Assists with issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in IT discipline preferred and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Your skills
- Strong organizational, facilitative and communication skills.
- Experience / knowledge in the following areas: ServiceNow platform development, ITIL Framework, IT Service.
- Management, ITIL Service Operations, JavaScript, SDM, DevOps, Agile Methodologies,ITAM .
- Experience on configuration of ServiceNow platform.
- Worked on building codes for ITSM, ITOM, ITAM & GRC.
