Job Summary: To lead the company's visual identity, creative communication, branding, and design initiatives across digital, print, corporate, product, and employer branding platforms.Main AccountabilitiesBrand ManagementEnsure consistency of the company's brand identity across all communication channels.Maintain and evolve brand guidelines.Support product, corporate, and employer branding initiatives.Creative Design LeadershipLead the design and creative development process.Create impactful visual concepts for events, exhibitions, websites, social media, and corporate communication.Guide designers, photographers, and video partners.Marketing CommunicationDesign brochures, presentations, product catalogues, annual reports, and marketing collateral.Develop creative assets for digital marketing campaigns.Ensure all communication reflects the company's brand positioning.Video & MultimediaOversee creation of corporate videos, product videos,
