This position focuses on identifying and qualifying prospective customers in the US market, primarily Shopify brands and relevant ecommerce businesses. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target accounts, generating leads through outbound outreach (email, calls, social), and engaging prospects to understand their needs and challenges. The role also involves scheduling and coordinating discovery meetings or demos for the sales team, maintaining accurate records in the CRM,



and collaborating with marketing and sales colleagues on campaigns and messaging. The SDR will be expected to meet and exceed pipeline generation targets, provide feedback from the market, and contribute to improving outreach strategies and sales processes.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline creation.Candidates should possess effective Communication and Sales skills, including clear verbal and written communication, objection handling, and relationship-building.Candidates should possess Business Development skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and support deal progression.Familiarity with CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, and basic data analysis for prospecting effectiveness is beneficial.Understanding of ecommerce, or Shopify ecosystem and interest in AI-driven solutions is preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong organizational and time-management skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
