Expereince 3+ years Working Days: 5 DaysNight Shift: 6:30 PM – 4:00 AM ISTCTC: Up to 12 LPANotice Period: Immediate Joiners to 30 Days' Notice PreferredKey Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end US Accounting and bookkeeping activities.Manage journal entries, AP/AR, bank & credit card reconciliations.Handle month-end and year-end closing.Prepare and review financial statements and reports.Manage the General Ledger and resolve accounting discrepancies.Communicate directly with US clients through email and calls.Review work and guide junior team members.Ensure timely and accurate completion of client deliverables.Required Skills:2+ years of hands-on US Accounting experience.Mandatory experience with M3 ERP.Good working knowledge of QuickBooks.Strong knowledge of the complete accounting cycle.Experience with reconciliations and month-end/year-end closing.Positive English communication and client-handling skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience working with US clients or US accounting firms.Able to independently manage accounting engagements.Good attention to detail and ownership.Comfortable working in the US shift.To apply, share your resume at: [email protected]
