We enable enterprises to accelerate digital transformation and are expanding our domestic market footprint with a focus on AWS & ERP solution sales.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Sales & BD Leader with strong experience in IT sales, AWS Cloud & ERP solution sales within the domestic market. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise acquisition, build channel partnerships, manage key accounts, and own revenue growth for Cloud & ERP service lines. A background in staffing sales will be an added advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop current business opportunities in domestic and/or international markets.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysisDevelop and deliver effective sales pitches and proposalsNegotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients and partnersCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations)
