This role owns end-to-end sales operations — from CRM and sales-tool administration to enablement and finance-facing support — so that Lead Gen, Portfolio Accounts, Client Partner, and Account Management teams can execute without friction. You will own the systems, data, and processes that make the sales engine run: HubSpot administration, forecasting and reporting, playbook and SOP management, compensation and quota support, and the finance-facing reporting that keeps leadership's numbers trustworthy.Key Responsibilities & KRAs / KPIsAs Sales Operations Manager, you will own the following Key Result Areas (KRAs)

across Sales and MarketingSLA adherence between Marketing Ops and Sales on lead handoffStakeholder satisfaction score from Sales, Marketing, and Finance partnersWhat You'll BringEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.5–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar function within a B2B technology, or IT services environment.Hands-on experience administering a CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) at a configuration/admin level, not just as an end user.Experience supporting compensation, quota-setting, or finance-facing reporting cycles.Skills & CompetenciesStrong HubSpot systems and process thinking — able to design scalable workflows, not just fix one-off issues.Advanced HubSpot administration skills: fields, pipelines, automation, lead routing, reporting/dashboards.Comfortable working with Finance on budget tracking, commission calculations, and revenue reconciliation.Strong analytical and Excel/BI skills; able to turn raw data into decision-ready reporting.Clear communicator able to train and support reps on tools, process, and playbooks.High attention to detail and data hygiene discipline — this role is the single source of truth for the sales org.Comfortable managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing Ops, Finance, Leadership) simultaneously.PreferredHubSpot certification or equivalent CRM administration credential.Experience supporting a distributed sales team spanning India and North America (or other global) time zones.What Success Looks Like in the First YearCRM and sales tech stack are fully configured, clean, and trusted as the single source of truth by all sales functions.Forecast accuracy and reporting turnaround improve measurably quarter over quarter.Compensation and quota cycles run on time and error-free, with Finance confirming reconciliation accuracy.Enablement rollouts (playbooks, SOPs, tool changes) are adopted quickly and consistently across the sales org.
