Vibescapes Hospitality House | Mulshi, MaharashtraVibescapes is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a new hospitality development project in Mulshi.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can take a project from planning through execution and handover while keeping timelines, budgets, quality and teams firmly under control.What You’ll Be Responsible For* End-to-end project planning and execution* Creating and managing the master project schedule* Monitoring timelines, milestones and critical path* Budget management and cost-to-complete tracking* Procurement, vendor selection and negotiations* Managing contractors, sub-vendors and site teams* Reviewing and certifying project bills* Material planning, reconciliation and cost control* Coordination across civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other MEP works* Quality control and high-finish execution* Managing site progress, manpower and daily work fronts* Identifying delays and implementing corrective action* Project reporting and regular updates to management* Site safety, labour compliance and statutory requirements* Snagging,
