You'll help real merchants solve problems, get the most out of our products, and have a direct impact on their experience with Astral.What will you be doing?Chat with merchants and respond to their questions via live chat and emailUnderstand what’s going wrong and guide customers with simple, clear solutionsHelp merchants set up and get the most out of Astral’s Shopify appsTroubleshoot app, browser, theme, order, discount, and configuration issuesReproduce issues and collect screenshots, steps, and other useful detailsWork closely with our product and engineering teams when something needs a deeper lookEscalate bugs and urgent issues with all the right contextFollow up with merchants and make sure their issue actually gets resolvedKeep support notes and help documentation clear and up to dateProvide smooth handoffs between shifts so customers never feel like they're starting from scratchWhen the moment is right,
