Senior Project Manager – Oil & Gas / Industrial ProjectsExperience: 10–15 YearsLocation: Mumbai/Thane with extensive travel across IndiaIndustry: Oil & Gas / LPG / Petrochemical / Industrial AutomationRole ObjectiveLead end-to-end execution of large-scale, multi-location Oil & Gas and industrial automation projects, with complete ownership of project schedule, resources, customer coordination, safety, quality, commercials and final handover.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn complete project lifecycle from kick-off to commissioning and handover.Prepare project execution strategy, master schedule, resource plan and site rollout plan.Lead multiple project managers, site teams, contractors and technology partners.Coordinate with customer project teams, engineering consultants, OEMs, contractors and internal stakeholders.Manage simultaneous execution across multiple locations.Ensure compliance with Oil & Gas/LPG safety standards, hazardous-area requirements, EHS and Permit-to-Work procedures.Review site readiness, engineering drawings, BOQ, material requirements and deployment schedules.Coordinate electrical, instrumentation, automation, RFID, IT/OT and networking activities.Track project milestones,



dependencies, risks, delays and corrective actions.Conduct weekly/monthly project reviews and provide management-level MIS.Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to schedule, quality and safety requirements.Control project cost, billing milestones, change requests and scope deviations.Drive FAT/SAT, commissioning, documentation, punch-point closure and customer acceptance.Act as the single-point project leadership interface with the customer.Candidate ProfileB.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Automation or related engineering discipline.10–15 years of project management experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, LPG, petrochemical, terminal, refinery or large industrial projects.Robust experience managing multi-site / multi-contractor projects.Good understanding of electrical, instrumentation, automation and IT/OT systems.Strong leadership, customer-management and escalation-handling capabilities.PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.Willing to travel extensively across India.
