We support our North American clients from multiple locations in North America.Our team in Hyderabad, India is currently looking to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk.We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounts payable activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, verify, code, and process vendor invoices.Match invoices to purchase orders, receipts, and supporting documentation.Enter invoices and transactions accurately into the accounting system.Prepare and process vendor payments, including cheques, EFTs, and other payment methods.Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.Respond to vendor inquiries and work with internal departments to resolve invoice or payment issues.Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records.Assist with employee expense reports and credit card reconciliations.Support month-end closing activities,



including AP reconciliations and accruals.Assist with maintaining vendor information and documentation.Ensure invoices and payments comply with company policies and approval procedures.Provide supporting documentation for audits and other Finance requirements.Perform other accounting and administrative duties as required. QualificationsDiploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in an Accounts Payable, Accounting Clerk, or similar finance position is preferred.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is a strong asset.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Experience working with purchase orders, invoice matching, vendor reconciliations, and payment processing is an asset.What We’re Looking For:The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
