Overview: We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Trainer to deliver theory and practical training across our qualified aesthetic programmes. The trainer should have strong knowledge of skin, basic anatomy, aesthetic equipment, laser technologies and machine-based procedures.The role requires someone who can explain technical concepts in a simple manner and confidently demonstrate procedures in a classroom and practical training environment.Key Responsibilities:Conduct theory and practical training sessions for students enrolled in aesthetic programmesTeach subjects related to, basic anatomy, facials, laser technologies and machine-based aesthetic proceduresDemonstrate the correct and safe use of aesthetic equipmentExplain treatment protocols, indications, contraindications, hygiene and safety requirementsPrepare lesson plans, presentations, demonstrations and other training materialAssess students through practical demonstrations, assignments and internal evaluationsContribute to the development and regular updating of course contentEnsure that training equipment, products and classrooms are prepared before each sessionMaintain attendance,



assessment and other academic recordsCoordinate with faculty and operations teams for batch planning and smooth delivery of programmesSupport institute workshops, demonstrations and educational events when requiredStay updated with new equipment, technologies and practices in the aesthetics industryRequirements: Bachelor’s degree or recognised professional qualification in aesthetics, cosmetology, nursing, allied healthcare, life sciences or a related fieldAt least 2 years of hands-on experience with aesthetic treatments, lasers or equipment-based proceduresPrevious experience in teaching, training, mentoring or conducting practical demonstrationsStrong understanding of skin, basic anatomy, treatment protocols and equipment safetyGood communication and presentation skills in English and HindiComfortable conducting both classroom lectures and practical sessionsAbility to prepare presentations, lesson plans and training materialProfessional, patient and confident while working with studentsWhat We Offer: A structured academic and practical training environmentRegular exposure to aesthetic technologies and equipmentOpportunity to contribute to curriculum and training systemsInteraction with experienced faculty and industry professionalsScope to grow into a Senior Trainer or Academic Coordinator position
