The Company has a manufacturing footprint of more than 1 lakh sq m, with the mainstay of product development and R&D; being energy-efficiency, coupled with eco-friendly and sustainable products.What Your Role EntailsOwn the consumer-centric industrial design and CMF (Colour-Material-Finish) direction for Blue Star's portfolio translating consumer insight and emerging design trends into differentiated product form, feel, and user experience that strengthens brand appeal and drives commercial successWhat You’ll Do:Consumer Research & InsightConduct design research and consumer behaviour studies to translate unmet consumer needs into actionable design briefsEvaluate design concepts against consumer preferences and market trends to validate design direction ahead of development sign-offDesign Development & CMFDevelop 3D models, sketches, and mock prototypes using design software to communicate design intent and validate form, fit, and finishDefine and apply CMF (Colour, Material, Finish) specifications across categories to ensure aesthetic consistency and on-trend appealResearch new materials and finishing techniques to expand design possibilities within cost and manufacturing constraintsCross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and NPD / Engineering teams to align design intent with technical feasibility, cost targets,
