The selected candidate will lead approximately 10 recruiters, drive recruitment performance, ensure timely delivery across multiple client mandates, and maintain high standards of candidate quality and client service.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of approximately 30 recruiters.Allocate client requirements and establish clear daily, weekly, and monthly targets.Monitor sourcing, screening, submissions, interview conversions, offers, and closures.Conduct regular performance reviews and create improvement plans for underperforming recruiters.Ensure the timely delivery of quality candidates across multiple industries and seniority levels.Train recruiters on sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, Boolean search, LinkedIn recruitment, and stakeholder communication.Review candidate profiles before submission to ensure relevance and quality.Manage recruitment trackers, productivity reports, turnaround time, and closure ratios.Handle delivery escalations and coordinate closely with leadership and client-facing teams.Build a performance-driven, accountable,



and collaborative remote-working culture.Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new recruiters as the team expands.Candidate Requirements4–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm.Minimum 3 years of experience leading a large recruitment team.Demonstrated experience managing recruitment targets and high-volume hiring delivery.Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment, sourcing platforms, candidate screening, and offer management.Experience recruiting for multiple industries and mid-to-senior-level positions.Strong people-management, performance-management, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote workplace.Experience supporting UAE, GCC, or international recruitment mandates will be an advantage.Key Performance IndicatorsQuality and relevance of candidate submissionsSubmission-to-interview conversionInterview-to-offer conversionMonthly team closuresTurnaround time and client deliveryRecruiter productivity and retentionAccuracy of recruitment reportingInterested candidates can share their CV at [email protected] with the subject line:Application – Recruitment Team Lead
