This role is ideal for someone who understands both traditional accounts receivable processes and the unique challenges of eCommerce accounting.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable working with large data sets, and experienced in investigating payment discrepancies, deductions, chargebacks, returns, claims, and retailer account reconciliations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete accounts receivable processMonitor customer balances and aging reportsReconcile invoices, payments, credits, and deductionsResearch and resolve retailer claims and payment discrepanciesInvestigate chargebacks, shortages, returns, damaged shipments, and deductionsReview and reconcile marketplace transactions from Amazon, Home Depot, Wayfair, Walmart, and other eCommerce platformsPrepare and submit claims for reimbursementTrack open claims and follow up until resolutionWork with internal teams, warehouses, retailers, and vendors to resolve disputesAnalyze sales, returns, deductions,
