As we expand across leading retail stores, distributors, exhibitions and digital platforms, we are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can help shape how the brand looks, feels and communicates.This is not a role limited to making routine social-media posts. You will work across brand identity, product launches, packaging, catalogues, retail displays, campaigns and visual storytelling—with the chance to influence the creative direction of a growing Indian brand.What You’ll DoDevelop distinctive campaign concepts for new collections and product launches.Create premium designs for catalogues, lookbooks, brochures, presentations and advertisements.Design packaging, product inserts, labels, belly bands and other branded materials.Develop point-of-sale displays, standees, shelf talkers, exhibition graphics and retail communication.Create engaging content for social media, digital campaigns, marketplaces and the website.Plan and supervise product photoshoots, including mood, styling, composition and shot selection.Retouch product and lifestyle photographs while maintaining accurate colours and textures.Translate product features into clear,



persuasive and visually attractive marketing communication.Maintain consistency across the brand’s typography, colour palette, imagery and design language.Work closely with the founders, product team, marketing team, photographers, printers and external vendors.Review artwork, dimensions, colour specifications and print-ready files before production.Mentor junior designers and help build an efficient creative workflow.Who We’re Looking For5–8+ years of relevant graphic design experience, preferably in home, fashion, lifestyle, luxury, retail, furnishings, beauty or consumer brands.A strong portfolio demonstrating refined typography, layout, colour sensibility and brand storytelling.Excellent command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.Sound understanding of print production, packaging, colour systems and digital design.Ability to take a project from initial concept to final production-ready artwork.Strong visual judgement and an eye for detail, proportion and premium presentation.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work within timelines.Comfortable receiving feedback, defending creative decisions thoughtfully and improving work through collaboration.Hands-on,
