Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Hyderabad. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct product presentations and demos, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. This role includes understanding client needs, proposing suitable automation solutions, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating terms to close deals. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, provide basic training and guidance to customers, and maintain accurate sales records and forecasts. The position also involves meeting sales targets, tracking market trends, and contributing feedback to improve sales strategies and offerings.Required Skills & Qualifications3+ years of experience in IT Services/ERP Sales (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)Mandatory experience in lead generation and pipeline building, with a strong focus on outbound prospectingStrong communication, presentation,
