The Sales Associate will engage with prospective investors and buyers, present property options, conduct site visits, and provide detailed information on project features, pricing, and terms. Daily responsibilities include engaging with local property agents, managing inquiries, maintaining relationships with buyers/investors, supporting negotiation and closing of deals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and accurate documentation.
