We are seeking an experienced and passionate Primary Homeroom Teacher (HRT) for Grade 1 to join our team at our Jubilee Hills and Janwada Campuses.The ideal candidate must have experience teaching under the Cambridge and/or IB (International Baccalaureate) curriculum, with a solid understanding of inquiry-based, concept-driven, and student-centered learning approaches.As a Homeroom Teacher, you will be responsible for the overall academic, social, and emotional development of your class while delivering high-quality instruction aligned with international standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Cambridge and/or IB Primary Years frameworks across core primary subjects (English, Math, EVS/Science) etc.Implement inquiry-based and transdisciplinary teaching strategiesCreate a structured, inclusive,
and student-centered classroom environmentMonitor and assess student progress using formative and summative assessment methodsMaintain detailed student records and prepare progress reportsCommunicate regularly with parents regarding student developmentSupport students’ social-emotional growth and well-beingParticipate in curriculum planning, school events, and professional developmentQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject areaB.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualificationMinimum 2–3 years of experience teaching Cambridge and/or IB Primary curriculumStrong understanding of international curriculum standardsExcellent classroom management and communication skillsAbility to foster critical thinking and conceptual understandingPassion for working with young learners
