and performance reviews.Negotiate contracts, terms, and rates with clients to ensure profitability.Track and report on account performance, placement success, and revenue metrics.Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell services within existing accounts.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery and client satisfaction.RequirementsExperience: 8+ years of experience in US Staffing with a focus on Implementation Partners.Strong understanding of the staffing lifecycle, sourcing channels, and recruitment processes.Proven track record in client relationship management and revenue growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).Preferred Educational Backgrounds:Engineering (Any Discipline)B.Tech / M.TechMBA (Marketing, HR, Operations, or General Management)BBA / BBMBachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant disciplineAny graduate with relevant experience in US Staffing, Client Services, or Account ManagementYou can share profiles or references at [email protected]
