Position: Finance ControllerLocation: Bhubaneswar, OdishaExperience: 10–15 YearsAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to lead and oversee the finance and accounting function. The role will be responsible for financial reporting, accounting controls, budgeting, compliance, cash-flow management, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.The ideal candidate should have a strong NBFC background, combined with experience in managing finance functions.Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall finance, accounting, reporting, and controllership function.Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Monitor and manage working capital, cash flows, receivables, payables, and liquidity.Establish and strengthen financial controls, accounting processes, and governance mechanisms.Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation requirements, statutory regulations, and internal policies.Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other financial stakeholders.Oversee MIS and management reporting,



providing actionable financial insights to senior management.Monitor profitability, costs, margins, and key financial KPIs and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.Ensure appropriate controls around inventory, high-value assets, cash, banking transactions, and financial reconciliations, particularly relevant to a jewellery/retail environment.Support management in evaluating business investments, expansion plans, financing requirements, and other strategic financial decisions.Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.Strengthen financial systems, processes, and ERP-driven reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy.Candidate Profile: CA Qualified/ CA Inter / MBA – Finance10–15 years of relevant post-qualification experience.NBFC / Financial Services experience is mandatory.Strong experience in financial controllership, accounting, MIS, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.Solid understanding of working capital and cash-flow management.Experience managing teams and working closely with senior management.Interested candidates can share CV at [email protected] or (phone hidden)
