Candidates should have strong practical knowledge of accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits and day-to-day financial operations.The role will be based at our Turbhe location and candidates should be comfortable working in a factory/industrial setup.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.Maintain and manage accounts in Tally.Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, vouchers and reconciliations.Handle GST compliance, returns and related documentation.Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments and returns.Assist with internal and statutory audits and provide required documentation.Perform bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.Assist in month-end/year-end closing activities.Ensure timely compliance with applicable statutory requirements.Coordinate with auditors, consultants,
vendors and internal departments as required.Work closely with the factory/operations team for accounting and documentation requirements.Required Skills3–4+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.Strong hands-on experience with Tally.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word.Strong knowledge of GST and TDS.Practical experience in handling audits.Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with different teams.Candidate should be comfortable working in a factory/industrial environment.Preferred / Added AdvantageExperience with listed-company compliances, SEBI-related requirements, stock exchange compliances or corporate reporting will be considered a strong advantage.Candidate ProfileWe are looking for male candidates who are:Experienced and hands-on with accounting operations.Comfortable working in a fast-paced business/factory environment.Robust in Excel and accounting software.Familiar with statutory compliance and audit processes.Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.Interested candidates can share their updated CV along with their current CTC, expected CTC, notice period and total years of experience.
