The Sales Executive will engage with prospective buyers, conduct property presentations and site visits, and explain project features, pricing, and offers. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, following up with leads, maintaining a pipeline of prospects, and supporting customers through the booking and documentation process. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for inventory, pricing updates, and marketing materials,



as well as preparing basic sales reports and contributing to local promotional activities. The Sales Executive is expected to build robust client relationships and help meet individual and team sales targets.QualificationsDemonstrated ability in client communication, negotiation, and relationship building.Basic understanding of sales processes, lead management, and closing techniques.Comfort with property presentations, site visits, and explaining technical or legal aspects in simple terms.Proficiency in using phones, email, and common office software; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple prospects at different stages.Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages used in Coimbatore is beneficial.Prior experience in real estate sales or related customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.Minimum of a Masters degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
