The role involves planning and tracking project timelines, coordinating tasks across design, production, and client teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. The Project Co-ordinator will prepare and maintain project documentation, schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. This role also includes managing day-to-day communication with clients, handling queries, setting expectations, and sharing status updates.



The Project Co-ordinator will monitor resource allocation, flag risks or delays, support budgeting and invoicing processes, and help streamline workflows to improve efficiency.Qualifications Strong project coordination and organizational skills, including experience managing timelines, tasks, and deliverables.Solid communication and interpersonal abilities to work with cross-functional teams and maintain professional client relationships.Proficiency with productivity and project management tools (e.G., spreadsheets, presentation software, online collaboration platforms).Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify issues early and support effective solutions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment, with reliable time management and self-motivation.Prior experience in a creative, design, or studio setting is an advantage but not required.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, business, design management, or a related field.Comfort with learning new tools and processes and adapting to evolving project requirements.
