We're seeking an experienced Senior Nutritionist to lead the delivery of our online nutrition consultation practice. This is an on-site position based at our Pune office in Koregaon Park. Client consultations are conducted virtually with individuals across the Globe.The successful candidate will manage an active client caseload, set clinical and service standards for the nutrition function, and mentor a growing team of junior practitioners. This role suits a practitioner ready to move beyond individual practice into shaping how nutrition care is delivered at scale.Key responsibilitiesClient careConduct comprehensive one-to-one video consultations, including dietary assessment, goal-setting, and structured follow-upDevelop individualised nutrition plans tailored to clients' dietary patterns, medical history, lifestyle, and cultural preferencesMonitor client progress against defined outcome measures and adjust interventions accordinglyMaintain accurate, confidential client records in line with professional and organisational standardsPractice leadershipEstablish and maintain clinical protocols, intake procedures, and quality assurance processes across the nutrition teamSupervise and mentor junior nutritionists through case reviews, consultation observation, and structured feedbackEnsure all guidance provided is current, evidence-based, and appropriately referencedProgramme and content deliveryDesign and lead group sessions, webinars,



and client education programmesContribute subject-matter expertise to product development, content, and service design initiativesCollaborate with coaching, product, and marketing teams to strengthen the overall client experienceQualifications and experienceEssentialBachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related disciplineMinimum five years' post-qualification experience in clinical or consultative nutrition practiceAt least two years in a senior, supervisory, or mentoring capacityDemonstrated experience delivering nutrition consultations via telehealth or video platformsStrong working knowledge of evidence-based nutrition practice and the ability to critically appraise researchExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present on camera and in group settingsWorking knowledge of regional Indian dietary patterns and practical experience adapting plans accordinglyDesirableRegistered Dietitian (RD) credential through the Indian Dietetic AssociationCertification or demonstrable expertise in one or more of: metabolic health, PCOS, diabetes management, sports nutrition, or behaviour changeExperience working with CRM systems, consultation platforms, and client-tracking applicationsProficiency in English and Hindi or MarathiWhat we offerCompetitive compensation: commensurate with experienceDefined progression pathway towards Head of Nutrition as the practice expandsA collaborative, on-site working setting at our Koregaon Park office in Pune.
