Job Title: DI ColoristDepartment: Post-Production / AI Content StudioLocation: Bengaluru, KarnatakaEmployment Type: ContractualAbout the RoleWe are seeking a talented and detail-oriented DI Colorist to join our AI-driven content production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the visual storytelling of films, advertisements, digital content, and AI-generated media through advanced color grading and finishing techniques. You will collaborate closely with directors, VFX artists, AI imaging specialists, editors, and creative teams to achieve a consistent and impactful visual aesthetic.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform color correction, color grading, and final image finishing for video content.Develop and maintain visual looks that align with creative and brand requirements.Work with AI-generated footage, virtual production assets, and synthetic media to ensure visual consistency.Balance color, contrast, exposure, and tone across multiple shots and sequences.Collaborate with editors, VFX artists, and creative stakeholders throughout the post-production process.Ensure technical quality standards for various delivery formats, including OTT, social media, digital campaigns,



and cinematic releases.Troubleshoot color pipeline issues and maintain color management workflows.Stay updated with emerging AI-powered color grading and image enhancement technologies.Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Film, Media, Animation, or related field.3–8 years of experience in DI color grading and post-production.Solid proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and industry-standard color grading workflows.Deep understanding of color science, LUTs, HDR, ACES, and color management pipelines.Experience working with RAW camera formats and various codecs.Strong artistic eye for color, composition, mood, and visual storytelling.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with AI-generated imagery, virtual production, or generative content.Knowledge of VFX workflows and finishing pipelines.Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Baselight, or Nuke.Understanding of machine learning-based image enhancement and restoration tools.Experience in advertising, animation, gaming, or digital content production environments.Key SkillsColor Grading & Color CorrectionDaVinci ResolveDI FinishingColor Science & ACES WorkflowHDR & SDR DeliverablesVisual StorytellingAI-Assisted Post-ProductionAttention to DetailCollaboration & CommunicationTime Management
