Support the Plant Director in driving execution across all plant functions by coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking action plans, consolidating business and production reports, and ensuring effective communication between VinFast India and VinFast Headquarters.Key Responsibilities- Follow up and monitor all action items assigned by the Plant Director, ensuring on-time completion.- Coordinate with Plant Directors, Department Heads, and cross-functional teams to drive execution of key initiatives.- Consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on Production, Quality, Safety, Cost, Delivery, Inventory, and KPIs.- Prepare executive summaries, presentations, meeting materials, and management reports.- Organize management meetings, record minutes, track action items, and report progress.- Coordinate with VinFast Headquarters to support data requests, project implementation, and management reporting.- Monitor strategic projects, identify risks,



and recommend corrective actions.- Perform other assignments delegated by the Plant Director.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive, or related fields.- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing; Automotive industry preferred.- Experience working with senior management and cross-functional teams.- Robust project coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up capability.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (preferred).- Fluent in English and Tamil (written and spoken)- High sense of ownership, integrity, and ability to work under pressure.Key Competencies- Execution & Follow-up- Project Coordination- Business Reporting & Data Analysis- Cross-functional Collaboration- Communication & Presentation- Planning & Organization- Results-oriented and Detail-oriented
