Job Title: Assistant Manager – PLC / AutomationIndustry: Refrigerator & Washing Machine ManufacturingJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced PLC/Automation professional to manage and support automation systems across refrigerator and washing machine manufacturing lines. The role involves PLC programming, troubleshooting, process automation, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and troubleshoot PLC/HMI programs for manufacturing lines.- Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC, HMI, Servo Motors & Drives.- Troubleshoot automation, robots, SPMs, vision systems, scanners, hydraulic & pneumatic systems.- Support commissioning, machine integration and third-party systems.- Drive OEE improvement, energy saving,



low-cost automation and process improvement.- Maintain PLC documentation and provide technical training to maintenance/operations teams.- Work with vendors for automation projects and hardware/software requirements.Requirements:- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation.- Strong knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal, Step 7, WinCC & SINAMICS.- Experience in PLC programming, Industry 4.0 and communication protocols.- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Willingness to work in 12-hour rotational shifts (Day/Night).
