Product Manager / Solution Designer – ServiceNow GRC / IRMJob TitleProduct Manager / Solution Designer – ServiceNow GRC / IRMExperience10–16 YearsLocationHyderabad (Hybrid)Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC / IRM Product Manager & Solution Designer with solid expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Business Analysis capabilities.The ideal candidate will lead enterprise governance, risk, and compliance transformation initiatives using the ServiceNow platform. The role involves solution architecture, product strategy, stakeholder management, requirement analysis, and implementation governance for enterprise-wide GRC/IRM programs.The candidate should possess strong expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules, enterprise risk frameworks, compliance management, and business process analysis while collaborating with business, security, audit, compliance, and technology teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow GRC / IRM solutions across enterprise environments.Define product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for ServiceNow IRM capabilities.Design and implement solutions for:Integrated Risk Management (IRM)Business Continuity Management (BCM)Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)Policy & Compliance ManagementAudit ManagementRisk & Control FrameworksConduct business analysis, requirement gathering, process assessment,



and stakeholder workshopsTranslate business and compliance requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.Drive enterprise governance and standardization for risk and compliance processesCollaborate with security, audit, legal, vendor management, and business teamsDefine governance models, workflows, KPIs, reporting, and operational dashboardsProvide consulting and thought leadership on risk management, resilience, and regulatory complianceEnsure successful solution delivery through coordination with development and implementation teamsSupport solution estimation, architecture reviews, and proposal creationRequired Skills & QualificationsMandatory Skills10–16 years of overall IT experience.Strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC / IRM solution design and implementation.Hands-on experience with:IRMBCMTPRMPolicy & ComplianceRisk ManagementStrong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.Knowledge of enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance standards.Experience in creating solution architecture and product roadmaps.Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.Preferred QualificationsServiceNow CIS-IRM CertificationServiceNow CSA CertificationITIL CertificationRisk or Compliance certifications such as:CISACRISCISO 27001COBITExperience in Agile / Scrum methodologiesExposure to cybersecurity and operational resilience programsSoft SkillsStrong leadership and ownership mindsetExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to engage with senior business and technology stakeholdersStrong collaboration and communication skillsStrategic thinking with execution focus
