This is an excellent opportunity to work with U.S.-based clients in a professional and multicultural environment.As a Language Interpreter, you will facilitate communication between English-speaking representatives and Punjabi-speaking customers through real-time interpretation. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you understand interpretation techniques, client processes, and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide accurate and real-time interpretation between English and Punjabi during customer interactions.Facilitate effective communication between U.S.-based clients and Punjabi-speaking customers.Accurately interpret conversations without adding, omitting, or altering information.Maintain confidentiality while handling customer information and sensitive conversations.Preserve the tone, intent, and cultural context of the conversation during interpretation.Follow company policies, quality standards, and client-specific guidelines.Participate in training sessions, quality reviews, and coaching programs to continuously improve performance.Develop knowledge of interpretation best practices, industry terminology,
