Objective of this role

The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, Product Managers, Program Managers, and Agile development teams. The role focuses on translating business needs into actionable requirements, user stories, and technical specifications while ensuring successful delivery of product roadmap initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), solution documents, user stories, and process flows.
- Create wireframes, mockups,



and prototypes using Figma to visualize business requirements and proposed solutions.
- Conduct requirement elicitation workshops, discussions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Collaborate with business users, product owners, development teams, QA teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Manage and track requirements, user stories, tasks, defects, and project progress using Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, validating requirements, and coordinating issue resolution.
- Conduct stakeholder demonstrations and walkthroughs of developed solutions.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Work with data, SQL, and reporting tools to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering.
- Expertise in preparing BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Solution Documents.
- Hands-on experience with Figma for wireframing and UI/UX mockup preparation.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)



and Jira for backlog and project management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management, and stakeholder demonstrations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in IT / CS or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in Agile environments, with expertise in web and mobile application projects.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Scrum, or Agile certifications are an added advantage.

Experience

- 5+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
- Proven experience in stakeholder coordination, requirement analysis, documentation, wireframing, testing support, and project delivery.
- Proficiency with SQL and database concepts.

- Experience with Figma, Visio, PowerPoint, and Microsoft applications.
- Knowledge of web and mobile application projects.

Experience with user testing, data visualization, and technical writing.
