Job Purpose and Impact The Poultry - Technical Sales Lead based at Namakkal will be aligned to Cargill's Animal Nutrition and Health business in India supporting Tamil Nadu. In this role you will assist commercial team members with technical solutions and support interactions with clients and prospective customers, to help them understand how the company can provide solutions for them and improve profitability. Assist the commercial team members to establish and cultivate effective partnerships with customers to maintain existing business and gain recent ones. Deploy relevant Cargill digital services and tools and help the farmers to realize the benefit and assist commercial/Strategic Marketing and Technology team to capture value from the service. Develop strong customer relationships at geographical key accounts in the assigned territory. Technical training to the commercial team. Minimum requirement of 5 years of relevant work experience. Years of experience: Fluent in speaking the local language. Open to travelling atleast 15 days every month. At least 5 years of experience in poultry nutrition. At least 5 years of experience in feed formulation for broilers and broiler breeders, focusing on performance optimization and cost efficiency.
