The ideal candidate will be instrumental inexpanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans toachieve and surpass sales targets within the assigned territory. *Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities throughvarious channels, including prospecting, cold calling, andnetworking. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationshipswith new and existing clients, understanding their needs to providetailored solutions. * Conduct market research to identify newtrends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth. *Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrationsto prospective clients.



* Negotiate contracts and close agreementsto maximise profitability. * Collaborate with internal teams toensure a seamless and positive customer experience. * Prepare andsubmit regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, andmarket feedback to the management team. Qualifications * Provenexperience in a field sales role, preferably within the trading ordistribution industry. * A demonstrable track record ofconsistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strongbusiness sense and the ability to build rapport with keydecision-makers. * Highly self-motivated, with a proactive andresults-oriented approach. * Ability to work independently andmanage your time effectively. * Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite and experience with CRM software is advantageous. * Abachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field ispreferred.
