The Fellowship Manager will be responsible for managing5-6 Program Leaders and overseeing approximately 60 Fellows workingacross different locations. The role requires strong leadership,program management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities toensure effective program implementation, fellow development, andstrong collaboration with government schools and communitystakeholders. Key Responsibilities 1. Program Implementation andQuality Assurance Lead the implementation and quality of theFellowship Program across multiple districts. Supervise and mentorProgram Leaders responsible for managing Fellows on the ground.Oversee the work of Fellows working in government schoolcommunities. Ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoringof program activities across learning centers. 2. FellowRecruitment, Training, and Development Lead the recruitment andselection process of fellows through partnerships with localinstitutions, colleges, and communities. Design and manage trainingprograms, capacity-building workshops, and exposure visits forfellows. Monitor fellow performance through structured feedback,mentoring, and growth mapping. 3. Field Monitoring and CommunityEngagement Conduct regular field visits to learning centers andpartner schools. Review weekly planning and classroomimplementation by fellows. Support fellows in organizing ParentTeacher Meetings (PTM), student events, and community engagementinitiatives. 4. Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strongrelationships with:



Government school teachers and headmasters.Block and district education officials (BEO/DEO). Parents andcommunity stakeholders. Represent the organization indistrict/state-level meetings and program review discussions. 5.Program Planning and Reporting Track program progress and prepareperiodic program reports and updates. Monitor program risks andidentify operational challenges. Contribute to the development ofprogram proposals, concept notes, and reports. Work with internalteams (finance, communications, partnerships) to support programgrowth and sustainability. 6. Team Leadership and MentorshipConduct regular performance reviews and mentorship sessions withProgram Leaders. Support the professional development of teammembers through structured capacity building. Promoteaccountability, innovation, and solid communication within theteam. Qualifications and Experience Education: Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies,or related fields. Experience: 4-7 years of experience in theeducation or development sector, preferably in programimplementation or fellowship-based models. Team Management:Experience managing large field teams and multi-location programsis preferred. Required Skills Strong leadership and team managementskills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagementabilities. Program planning, monitoring, and reportingcapabilities. Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage complexfield operations. High adaptability and willingness to travelfrequently. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Commitment to community-led change and youth leadership.Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in resource-constrainedenvironments.
