Business Development Executive Minimum Graduate, Post Graduate Preferred Experience: 2–5 years in Client Acquisition, Business Development & customer support within the finance/capital market industry We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Business Development Executive or Senior BD executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the investment and financial markets, enjoys building strong client relationships. Drive recent client acquisition, activation and account funding by identifying prospects and converting them into active, funded clients. Track pipeline and conversion metrics consistently to identify gaps and improve overall performance. Maintain accurate lead, client and pipeline records in the CRM system. Stay updated on stock markets and financial products. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly business development and revenue targets. Deliver exceptional client service and handle escalations efficiently across live chat, email, phone calls and other communication channels. 2–5 years' experience in client acquisition, business development or sales in investment or finance. ~ Basic working knowledge of the financial products.
