Assistingpassengers with check-in, baggage drop, and security procedures. 3.Providing information about flight schedules, delays, and otherrelevant information to passengers. 4. Assisting passengers withboarding and disembarking from the aircraft. 5. Handling andresolving customer queries and complaints. 6. Minimum qualification of 12th grade or equivalent.2. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 3. Abilityto work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 4. Willingness towork in shifts, including weekends and holidays. 5. Basic computerskills. 6. Ability to handle stressful situations and solveproblems efficiently. 7.
