Thisrole will serve as the country-level HR leader, overseeing multiplefactory operations and driving end-to-end HR strategy and executionon the ground. This is a high-impact leadership role, closelyaligned with business operations and HQ. Key Responsibilities Leadfull-spectrum HR operations across multiple manufacturing sites inIndia Build and optimize HR systems, policies, and processesaligned with business growth Partner with business leaders tosupport rapid expansion and workforce planning Ensure compliancewith local labor laws and regulations in India Manage and develop alocal HR team (10–20 members) Act as the key bridge between localoperations and global HQ Ideal Candidate Profile 10+ years of HRexperience, with strong exposure in manufacturing / factoryenvironment Experience supporting overseas operations (India /Southeast Asia preferred) Familiar with industrial workforcemanagement and labor compliance Fluent in English (Mandarin is astrong plus for HQ communication) Open to relocation and long-termdevelopment in India Candidates from Taiwan / Hong Kong / SoutheastAsia Chinese background are highly preferred This role is quitesimilar to a Foxconn-style HR leadership position managingmulti-site operations in India.
