We are currently looking fora motivated and enthusiastic Ticketing Executive to join our teamon an immediate basis. As a Ticketing Executive, you will beresponsible for handling ticketing and reservation requests fromclients, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel experience forthem. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customerservice, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating withairlines and other travel agencies. Responsibilities: - Receive andprocess ticketing and reservation requests from clients - Provideaccurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, fares, andavailability - Book and issue tickets,
and make necessary changesor cancellations as per client's request - Coordinate with airlinesand other travel agencies to ensure timely and efficient travelarrangements - Handle customer inquiries and complaints in aprofessional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of allticketing and reservation transactions - Keep up-to-date withindustry trends, regulations, and procedures - Collaborate withteam members to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Provideexcellent customer service and build strong relationships withclients Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism ora related field - Excellent communication and customer serviceskills - Proficient in using computer reservation systems (CRS) andMicrosoft Office - Knowledge of ticketing and reservationprocedures and regulations - Ability to work in a quick-paced anddynamic environment - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability towork independently as well as part of a team - Willingness to workflexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Prior experiencein a similar role is preferred but not required If you arepassionate about the travel industry and have a strong desire toprovide exceptional customer service, we would love to have you onour team.
