We’re Hiring | Sales & Business Development Executive Amrit Kaur Artistry is looking for a agile, target-driven and customer-focused Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team. We are a creative and premium beauty business focused on high-quality artistry services, beauty training programs and products, delivering personalized experiences to clients and students across domestic and international markets. Sales & Business Development Executive Experience: 3–5 Years Qualification: BBA / equivalent Industry: Beauty | Education | Training | Sales Generate new business through outbound calls to domestic and international students and customers. Handle leads and inquiries received through phone, website, social media, WhatsApp, email and referrals . Counsel prospective students on courses, certifications, workshops, training programs and career opportunities. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses, services and products. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → counseling → follow-up → conversion → enrollment → post-sales support . Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets for calls, counseling, conversions, admissions and revenue . Identify upselling, cross-selling, repeat business and referral opportunities .



Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, enrollment and sales records in the CRM. Coordinate with Marketing, Admissions, Operations, Finance and Student Support teams for smooth customer experience. Monitor competitor offerings, industry trends and market developments. Prepare regular reports on lead generation, call activity, conversion rate, admissions and revenue performance . Work closely with the Marketing Team to share feedback on lead quality and campaign performance. Represent Amrit Kaur Artistry professionally and uphold our brand and service standards. Contribute to the expansion of both domestic and international business . 3–5 years of relevant sales/business development experience ✔ BBA or equivalent qualification ✔ Excellent calling, counseling and negotiation abilities ✔ Ability to handle domestic and international customers professionally ✔ Experience with CRM and lead management will be an advantage ✔ Candidates from education, beauty, training, luxury, retail or service industries are encouraged to apply.
