Desktop Support Engineer for our Rai Plant Sonipat

CTC: 20000 in hand Maximum

We require an IT resource to handle day-to-day IT support activities and ensure the timely resolution of desktop, laptop, software, hardware, and network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Desktop and laptop troubleshooting and maintenance
- Windows installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Hardware and software installation and support
- Printer and scanner configuration and troubleshooting
- LAN/network connectivity troubleshooting
- User account and access support
- Microsoft Office and other application support
- Antivirus installation and troubleshooting
- IT asset inventory and maintenance
- Basic server, backup, and network troubleshooting
- Providing on-site IT support to users




- Coordination with vendors for hardware/software-related issues

Preferred Skills:

- Valuable knowledge of Windows 10/11
- Strong hardware troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP, and networking
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Printer and peripheral troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory
- Good communication and user-handling skills
- 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred
