We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Consultant - Sales & Site Visits to manage client interactions, site visits, follow-ups, and sales conversions.

Job Overview

The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for handling leads generated by the company, understanding client requirements, explaining projects, coordinating site visits, maintaining follow-ups, and assisting clients throughout the buying process until successful closure.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management
- Contact and qualify leads provided by the company.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and investment objectives.
- Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, payment plans,



and investment opportunities.
- Share project brochures, presentations, and relevant information with prospects.

Site Visit Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested clients.
- Conduct project presentations during site visits.
- Guide clients through project features, amenities, and investment benefits.
- Ensure a smooth and professional site visit experience.

Follow-Up & Client Relationship Management
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and investors.
- Address client concerns, objections, and queries professionally.
- Keep prospects engaged throughout the decision-making process.

Sales & Closure
- Convert qualified leads into site visits and bookings.
- Assist clients with documentation and purchase procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams and project representatives whenever required.
